History
The Search newsletter is published by Pacific Library Partnership System Reference Center. The BALIS/PLS/SVLS System Reference Center had published it since 1984, and its predecessors go back to 1976. Its last print issue was published in March 2004. It was revived as a monthly e-newsletter in June 2006, changed to a bi-monthly e-newsletter in 2008, and changed back to a shorter monthly newsletter in January 2010. Each volume covers a July-June fiscal year.
