The Pacific Library Partnership's (PLP) System Reference Center supports all the reference and many public service activities of its member libraries that are in PLP's component library systems - BALIS, MOBAC, PLS, and SVLS.

Reference Questions - Second Level Reference
Stumped by a reference question? Don't have the time or resources to spend on the question? Our reference researchers will research the question for you and return their findings to you, or if you prefer, your patron with a copy to you.

System Reference Center Reference Policy
Adopted by the Administrative Councils of BALIS, PLS, SVLS and MOBAC in 2005 and updated by SRC staff in 2010.

Workshop Services
The BALIS/PLS/SVLS system administration can set up workshop registrations and often more. The guidelines not only explain system services, but also contain useful checklists for program planning.

Listservs
The BALIS/PLS/SVLS system administration sets up and maintains listservs for system committees, which are generally open to members only. These instructions explain eligibility, obtaining access, and logging on.
