spend on the question? Our reference researchers will research the
question for you and return their findings to you, or if you prefer, your
patron with a copy to you.

registrations and often more. The guidelines not only explain system
services, but also contain useful checklists for program planning.

Listservs
The BALIS/PLS/SVLS system administration sets up and maintains
listservs for system committees, which are generally open to members
only. These instructions explain eligibility, obtaining access, and
logging on.

Libraries' Sharing Initiatives and Issues - Patrons & Services
A potpurri of offerings from and for our member libraries with some resources
- IM, problem patrons, screencasts for online tutorials - and some

would like to post your articles or information about books you've
